What have you learned from having your heart broken?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 21, 2008:

I learned that noone, nothing but I myself percieved my heart as broken. When I didn't understand at a soul level about attatchment so many loses were hard to navigate. Today.I truly see it as a moving thru events, remembering it just is so........Next?

Wow. You're so right on! Nobody looks at us and says, “that person's heart is broken”. That is a good perspective to keep in mind.
